Vicki is an experienced therapist who helps individuals and couples through difficult times or when they just need a supportive space to talk about what’s on their minds. Her aim is to help you better understand yourself and empower you to make the changes you want to see in your life or in your relationship. She’ll help you work through your fears and frustrations to find clarity and a way forward.
She helps people with anxiety, depression, low self-esteem and to turn down the volume on that critical inner voice that tells them they’re getting it wrong. She helps couples to communicate better and how to better understand themselves and each other. I provide a warm therapeutic space where you can explore your thoughts and emotions freely. Her job is to help you through fear and emotional discomfort to find a place where you feel safer, more contented and more empowered.
In her other career as a journalist, Vicki has met people from all walks of life and learned how to listen closely and with compassion to find out what the meaning might be behind the words someone is saying. This has proven an invaluable life skill that now enables her to help clients understand why they might be feeling upset or behaving in ways that trouble them.
