Integrative Counsellor & Therapist
In-Person & Online Therapy sessions £75
Hello and welcome. I’m Christine, a fully qualified and experienced therapeutic counsellor, registered with the British Association of Counsellors and Psychotherapists (BACP).
I am experienced in working with a wide range of issues that could be impacting your life and the way you feel about yourself. This could be a life event that is too big or painful to face alone; or maybe you can't explain the low mood, anxiety or racing thoughts you are experiencing and want to work towards deeper understanding and self-awareness.
My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, empathy, and respect for you as a unique individual and I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore what is going on for you.
I offer both short-and-long term, in person therapy sessions in comfortable private therapy rooms located in both Finchley Central and Golders Green, as well as nationwide online therapy sessions.
My Therapeutic Approach
As an integrative therapist, I draw on a range of evidence-based approaches tailored to your individual needs. These include Person Centred Therapy, CBT, Psychodynamic, Transactional Analysis, Gestalt therapy, Attachment-focussed therapy, Internal Family Systems and Mindfulness techniques. By combining a range of modalities with a creative approach I can offer a holistic therapeutic space that is responsive to your evolving needs.
I have considerable experience working with individuals who have faced a wide range of challenges. Below are some of the more common issues I can help you explore and work through in therapy:
ADHD, Adoption, Affairs and betrayal, Anger issues, Anxiety, Attachment, Divorce, Educational pressure, Family estrangement, Health anxiety, Historic trauma, Infertility, Intergenerational trauma, Loneliness, Loss, grief, and bereavement, Low mood, Low self-esteem, Menopause, life changes and stages, Midlife crisis, Parenting, Relationship issues, Social anxiety, Stress, Trauma and Work related issues.
Therapy can help with more than the issues mentioned so please do contact me for a free 20-minute telephone consultation to discuss what is going on for you.
