With 19 years of clinical experience and thousands of unique stories heard, I’ve learned that therapy is most effective when we face challenges head-on. My approach is grounded in nearly two decades of practice, beginning with my training in London and specialised clinical work in Soho.

The "Developing Machine"
I believe a relationship is an incredible "developing machine"—it offers immense potential for growth, but it requires constant, intentional work. If you are looking for absolute control or total predictability, you won't find it in a partnership. However, if you are ready to grow together, I can help you navigate:

My Approach
Couples sessions differ from individual therapy; I take a more active and direct approach. To create real change, we will utilise in-room exercises and practical "homework" to be completed between sessions.

• The Fundamentals of Working with Couples (NCIP)
• Advanced Certificate in Clinical Supervision (2023)
• BA in Person-Centred Counselling (Middlesex University)
• Specialist Training in Relationship Dynamics:
o Recognising Sex and Porn Addiction
o Working with Survivors of Narcissistic Abuse & Parenting
o Trauma, the Brain, and Recovery (Trauma-Informed Interventions)
o Certificate in Addiction, the Brain, and Recovery
