Couple sessions differ slightly from 1:1 sessions. I will take a more direct approach, and we will do some exercises in the room as well as homework for you.

I genuinely enjoy sitting down with clients to learn about their challenges. I work with addictions, trauma, depression, anxiety, sex, anger, loneliness, frustration, love, and relationships. When you allow me the opportunity to sit down with you and listen to your suffering, I will try my best to help you face your demons.

The approach I use is the result of over 16 years of working with clients. I graduated here in London, where I also completed my internship at a Soho clinic specialising in drug, alcohol, gambling, and sex addiction. I regularly attend training courses and personal therapy sessions.
