Psychotherapist, Coach, Counsellor and Hypnotherapist

Individuals £85
Couples £125
Hypnotherapy £150

With over 15 years’ experience, I work with individuals and couples who want to make sense of their lives, relationships and choices. My approach is grounded in thoughtful conversation, creating a space where you can slow down, reflect, and look honestly at what is working for you and what is not.
My work is mainly shaped by an existential perspective. In simple terms, we look at what gives your life meaning, the choices in front of you, and how you relate to yourself and others. Sometimes people understandably come for a quick fix, and I use a number of tools and techniques from CBT, NLP or hypnotherapy, for example. But we also take time to understand what sits underneath the problem, so that the changes you make feel steadier, more genuine, and more likely to last.
I trained in Psychotherapy at Regent’s College, London (2005–2010), gaining a Master’s in Integrative Psychotherapy and an Advanced Diploma in Existential Psychotherapy. I trained as a coach and hypnotherapist at the Quest Institute.
I have worked for many years in corporate Technology, alongside my psychotherapy practice, and I still do some work in that field. This dual perspective informs my work with professionals and leaders, particularly around stress, performance and organisational culture. I am a qualified mediator, have worked extensively on diversity and inclusion, and am a published author on racial and ethnic identity.

How I can help
Support during difficult times
Whether you are dealing with anxiety, loss, relationship strain, or a crossroads in life, I offer a steady, compassionate space to explore what you are going through, and what it might mean for the way you want to live.

Couples counselling
Relationships can become stuck in painful patterns. I help couples talk more openly, understand what sits underneath conflict, and find constructive ways forward, whether that means rebuilding together or separating with respect.

Coaching and personal development
Many people come not because something is “wrong”, but because they want to grow. We might work on confidence, decision-making, career direction, creativity or leadership; we always start from who you are and the life you want to create.

Mentoring for teenagers
Adolescence brings pressure and big questions. I provide a supportive space for teenagers, and guidance for parents, to make sense of challenges, build resilience and develop a clearer sense of self.
