Naomi Goldstein

Psychodynamic Psychotherapist

Sessions £90*

I am a registered member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP). I am psychodynamically trained where the therapeutic relationship, getting to the root of what is going on and deepening self-understanding is at the heart of my work.
I focus on understanding the individual within the context of their experiences, helping clients develop a clearer sense of themselves and the world around them. My work explores the deeper, sometimes unconscious thoughts, feelings, and patterns that may be contributing to distress. Together, we will look at the individual's past and present to gain insight and create meaningful change for the future.
I have many years of experience working with people experiencing current or past trauma, abuse, recent bereavement or deep-rooted loss, relationship, fertility, health challenges and clients who need someone to talk to who won't get upset or make them feel judged.
I offer a warm, creative and open space to explore all aspects, including those that may feel challenging or difficult. Therapy can feel daunting, but it is also an opportunity for growth and self-discovery. My aim is to support people in understanding their emotions, patterns, and needs—helping heal, shift, and move forward in a way that feels right for them. *I would like my therapy room open to those that cannot afford my full price and offer concessions
