I offer a thoughtful, compassionate space to explore past experiences and present challenges. I use a blend of psychodynamic therapy and counselling with ACT (Acceptance and Commitment Therapy) to help you gain deeper self-understanding whilst helping you connect with what truly matters to you so that you can take steps towards a more meaningful life even when life is difficult.

I specialise in:
Abuse, anxiety, bereavement, depression, divorce and separation, health anxiety, self-esteem, relationship and family difficulties, loneliness and isolation, loss, parenting problems, stress and women’s issues including menopause.

I offer short-term and long-term counselling, either face-to-face or online. It’s important that you feel comfortable working with me, so I offer a free 20 minute, no-obligation chat by phone or online for us to make sure my approach is right for you.
