Dr Amy Jebreel is a highly experienced, dual-trained Consultant Psychiatrist offering thoughtful, person-centred psychiatric care to adults of all ages. With over 20 years of clinical experience across the NHS and private practice, Amy brings extensive knowledge and a compassionate presence to her work with individuals facing a wide range of emotional and psychological difficulties.

Her areas of expertise include anxiety, depression, complex PTSD, bipolar disorder, psychosis, ADHD, sleep difficulties, and dementia. She is committed to understanding the full context of each person’s life and tailors her approach to support healing and growth.

Amy’s work draws on a range of therapeutic models, including cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT), psychodynamic therapy, family systems approaches and group analysis. She also integrates principles from the Open Dialogue model, creating space for shared understanding and collaborative decision-making with individuals, families and care teams.

Alongside her clinical work, Amy is an educator and researcher. She is the course lead for a training programme for psychiatrists at University College London and is involved in national-level research into Open Dialogue approach. Her academic and clinical excellence is matched by a strong commitment to creating safe, respectful and trauma-informed environments for care.

At our practice, Amy offers psychiatric consultations, diagnostic assessments, second opinions, and joint work alongside our team of psychotherapists and psychologists. She brings warmth, clarity and a holistic outlook to every aspect of her work.
