Psychotherapist

Therapy Sessions £65

I am an existential therapist based in North London, working with people from a wide range of backgrounds. You may be facing a significant life change, feeling uncertain about your direction or struggling with feelings that are difficult to describe. I offer a space where we can explore what you are experiencing together, at your own pace.

At the heart of my approach is the relationship we build. Beyond any particular theory, I believe that an open, trusting connection between therapist and client can create a foundation for understanding, growth and meaningful change.

My experience includes working with anxiety, stress, depression, grief, addiction, relationship difficulties and experiences of abuse. Alongside these concerns, I am interested in the deeper questions that can shape our lives: Who am I? What matters to me? How do I make sense of my experiences? How do I want to live?

Beginning therapy can feel daunting. It can also bring relief, fresh perspectives and a renewed sense of possibility. Our sessions may involve serious reflection, but there is also room for creativity, playfulness and humour. I welcome both depth and lightness, recognising that each has a place in exploring what it means to be human.

Therapy can sometimes involve challenge, too. I will encourage openness and honesty, bringing these same qualities to our work together. We can reflect on your past, make sense of the present and explore the choices available to you as you look ahead.

I am a qualified psychotherapist, an individual member of the British Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (BACP) and a member of the Society for Existential Analysis (SEA). I am committed to working ethically and with care.
