Pooja Khatri

Integrative Therapist & Counsellor

In-Person & Online Therapy sessions £80

I'm a BACP Integrative therapist and counsellor meaning I draw on different approaches such as psychodynamic, person-centred, and cognitive behavioural therapy to suit different client needs. Alongside this, I have a strong interest in and am passionate about meditation and mindfulness as complementary practices that can enhance self-awareness and support the therapeutic process.

Good talking therapy rests on the quality of the relationship you have with your therapist. Research shows that regardless of the type of therapy a person receives, the relationship between client and therapist is a key factor in meaningful change. With this in mind, I offer a warm, safe and non-judgemental space where you can freely explore your thoughts, feelings, patterns and behaviours. The work is always collaborative and I will support you in making sense of your experiences, gaining insight and finding your own answers.

I commonly work with issues including anxiety, fear, addiction, depression, self-esteem, relationship problems, family issues, bereavement and grief, trauma, ADHD, neurodiversity, sexuality, disorders, life changes and identity.

Through my private practice, I have supported individuals from a wide range of backgrounds and life experiences. I am committed to offering inclusive therapy, and I welcome clients of all identities, cultures and personal beliefs. I offer in person sessions in Finchley and Harrow as well as online sessions and home visits. Weekly sessions are £80, with concessions available for those on low income, key workers, trainees and students.

I offer a free 20-minute consultation prior to booking. This allows us to connect, discuss what you are seeking support with, and decide whether working together feels right. Please get in touch to arrange a time to talk.
