In-Person or Online Therapy Sessions £110

Dr Danielle Landau, Clinical Psychologist & Cognitive Behavioural Therapist
I am a clinical psychologist with over 20 years’ experience (in both the NHS and private practice) helping people manage difficulties with stress, anxiety, mood and sleep. I integrate a variety of modalities into my work including cognitive-behavioural therapy, acceptance & commitment therapy, internal family systems, polyvagal, mindfulness and compassion-based approaches.
During therapy, I can help you make sense of what you are experiencing and, most importantly, find ways to improve wellbeing. The essence of my approach involves:
Creating a calm, confidential space to explore difficult issues within the safety of a trusting therapeutic relationship.
Developing an awareness and understanding of patterns which keep you stuck.
Learning gentle, practical ways of handling difficult thoughts and feelings so that you can meet them with wisdom and clarity
Connect with what is most important to you and take steps to make positive and meaningful change.

Each course of therapy is tailored to you as an individual, and I work broadly with the following areas of difficulty:
General anxiety & worry
Stress & burnout
Sleep problems
Depression
Low self esteem
Perfectionism
Health anxiety
Social anxiety
Phobias
Panic attacks
Obsessive-compulsive disorder (OCD)
Post-traumatic stress disorder (PTSD)
Postnatal depression/anxiety
Parenting challenges
Neurodiversity-related challenges

I am registered with all major health insurance providers including Bupa, AXA, Aviva, Cigna, WPA and Vitality.
