In-Person & Online Mentoring & Therapy Sessions £60
Frankie Skyes brings over 20 years of classroom teaching experience to her role as an ADHD mentor and coach based in North London. Throughout her teaching career, Frankie has consistently observed that students, particularly those diagnosed with ADHD or exhibiting ADHD traits, often struggle with learning, building relationships, and managing their behaviour. Driven by a deep passion to see young people thrive, Frankie now dedicates herself to supporting teenagers in overcoming these barriers.
With an intuitive ability to connect with young people, Frankie fosters reflection and self-awareness, empowering them to better understand themselves and their unique experiences. Her natural rapport-building skills help create an environment of trust, accountability, and motivation, encouraging young people to take active ownership of their personal and academic growth.
Frankie utilises a proven method specifically designed to address the challenges teens with ADHD encounter at school. Her practical strategies equip young people with the tools they need to achieve their academic potential, enhance their relationships, and effectively manage their behaviour. Frankie is deeply committed to helping teens not only cope but flourish, turning their lived experiences of ADHD into opportunities for growth and success.
Whether through one-on-one mentoring & coaching, workshops, or group sessions, Frankie’s mission remains clear: to support and inspire young people with ADHD to realise their full potential and thrive both in school and beyond.
