Elissa Benjamin

ADHD & Life Coach

In-Person & Online Therapy sessions £95

As a coach, I provide a supportive space where you can explore your thoughts, overcome challenges, and work towards your personal and professional goals, especially if you're navigating life with ADHD.

My mission is to empower you to understand what truly makes you happy and to gain clarity on what you want from life. Whether you’re feeling stuck in your personal life, career, or struggling with ADHD-related challenges, I will help you gain a deeper understanding of your current situation and guide you in making meaningful, positive changes to reach the happiness you deserve.

I’m here to support you every step of the way, from goal-setting to celebrating your achievements. I’ll be your biggest advocate and guide, helping you stay on track.

What to Expect
During our sessions, I’ll ask focused questions that help you pinpoint what’s holding you back and challenge you to think beyond your usual habits, especially those influenced by ADHD. Together, we’ll develop actionable strategies to help you manage distractions, improve time management, and build structure into your life. My approach is all about understanding the unique challenges ADHD presents while focusing on your strengths to reach your full potential.

I bring experience working with clients across various areas—personal, professional, and organisational coaching - with a special focus on individuals with ADHD.

My coaching service is completely personalised and flexible, adapting as your priorities evolve throughout our work together. I am here to ensure that our coaching sessions reflect your current needs and goals.

For convenience, I conduct one-on-one coaching sessions at North London Therapy Practice, Finchley or via Zoom, allowing you to attend from wherever is most comfortable for you—whether that’s home, work, or another space. You have the flexibility to schedule at a time that suits your lifestyle.

I support clients from 16 years old with coaching and ADHD.
