I incorporate a variety of talking therapies into my work, drawing on my experience in supporting clients through a wide range of challenges, including bereavement, trauma and abuse, relationship difficulties, self-esteem issues, anxiety and depression.

I’m currently welcoming new clients at the North London Therapy Practice in Finchley Central (N3) and online. My aim is to provide you with a safe, supportive space where you can feel heard and understood. Our sessions will take place in a calm, comfortable, and private setting.

To start, I offer a free 20-minute phone or Zoom consultation. This gives us an opportunity to explore what’s bringing you to therapy and see if we’d be a good fit to work together. Should we decide to proceed, we’ll meet for 50-minute sessions once a week. The therapy is open-ended; some people attend only a few weeks, others will stay for years. There is no right or wrong and we will always prioritise what feels right for you. Above all, my hope is that therapy becomes a space where you can grow, heal, and experience meaningful change in your life.

A bit about me and my trainingI am a member of the United Kingdom Association for Transactional Analysis (UKATA). I have trained in Person Centred therapy and attachment-related psychotherapy, I will complete my Certificate in Counselling in Transaction Analysis in July 2025. I’m currently furthering my education in therapeutic groups at theInstitute of Group Analysis in London.I hold a Doctorate in Biomedical Sciences and a Masters in Public Health, and have a particular interest in the intersection of chronic disease and mental health, both at individual and population level.
