Integrative Therapist & Counsellor

Effective therapy has the ability to significantly improve a person’s life and to foster real and meaningful change going forward. I am here to support you and help make sense of whatever difficulties and challenges you are bringing to therapy, especially when life becomes overwhelming.

My approach is empathetic and non-judgmental, allowing you to feel comfortable and safe to express your feelings and thoughts in a confidential space.

As an integrative therapist, I am guided by your unique needs and I will adapt my therapeutic approach accordingly to support you in the best way possible. This may include a psychodynamic approach, gaining an insight into how past experiences and patterns of thinking and behaving may unknowingly be impacting on your life today. We may also use some cognitive behavioural therapy (CBT) or mindfulness techniques to gain better clarity.

Whatever approaches we use, I believe that building a warm and trusting relationship and working collaboratively is key to creating a positive experience in therapy, allowing for personal development and growth.

I have experience working with a wide range of issues including anxiety, depression, stress, relationship issues, self-esteem, parenting, family conflicts, narcissistic abuse, trauma, grief and loss, addiction and trauma.

I offer in-person or online sessions and can work with you in the short or longer term, depending on what is most suitable for you.

I offer a free initial 20-minute phone call or zoom so that we can get to know each other and discuss what’s bringing you to therapy.

I currently see clients in Finchley Central N3 North London Therapy Practice
