Christine Quintal
Integrative Counsellor & Therapist

In-Person & Online Therapy sessions £70

Hello and welcome, I’m Christine, a fully qualified and experienced integrative

therapeutic counsellor, registered with the BACP.  My approach to therapy is grounded in compassion, empathy, and respect for you as a unique individual.

I am trained and experienced in working with a wide range of issues that may be affecting your well-being and sense of self.  Whether you are navigating a current or past life event that feels overwhelming, or struggling with anxiety, low mood, or unexplained thoughts and feelings, I am here to help you gain deeper understanding and self-awareness.  I am committed to creating a safe, supportive, and non-judgmental space where we can explore the challenges you face together.

Counselling can be a powerful tool for self-discovery. It can help you reconnect with yourself, especially if you feel lost or constrained by external pressures. If you’re seeking change that feels out of reach, therapy provides an opportunity to look inward, understand what’s holding you back, and explore the patterns that keep you feeling stuck.

In my practice, I stay informed with the latest research and developments in mental health to ensure that my work remains effective, and evidence based. In addition to my private practice, I serve as a Palliative Care and Bereavement Counsellor in a Hospice. My experience spans various settings, including Cruse Bereavement, long-term trauma work in a homeless shelter, solution-focused therapy with adults and in an agency setting and working with young people in a diverse North London secondary school.
