I am an experienced Psychodynamic Therapist & Counsellor, now proud to be a part of North London Therapy Practice, where I continue to provide compassionate, client-cantered support.

 

I offer both long-term and short-term counselling, with sessions available in-person at our welcoming practice or online via Zoom or Skype, ensuring flexibility to meet your needs. As an accredited member of the BACP, I adhere strictly to their Ethical Framework for counselling in the UK and remain committed to my continuous professional development. My aim is to create a comfortable and warm environment where clients can feel at ease

 

Working with adults of all ages and backgrounds, I aim to create a safe, supportive space where we can collaboratively explore your feelings and challenges. Whether you are feeling stuck, overwhelmed, struggling with anxiety or low mood, facing difficulties in your work or relationships, or simply seeking a deeper understanding of yourself, I am here to guide you through that process.
